the mirrors are being extended? i wonder what they are going to look like, i.e. if they are completely redesigned or pulled off some other lexus model that has a mirror width greater than the current mirror length used.
that, and i wonder if the difference is going to be large enough to differentiate a 2014 from a 2015 easily enough, much akin to the adoption of the turn-signal-inclusive style mirrors in the latter (refreshed) versions of the 2IS compared to earlier iterations sans turn signals, i.e. model years 2006-2008.
minutiae, i know, although important (to me.)

The brake cooling is certainly not a myth and neither is the design of the F Sport Spindle grill. The brake cooling ducts are the ones immediately to the left and right of the spindle grill insert. Brake cooling was never designed to come from the outboard "ducts". Those were designed for fog lights all along.
So yes, the f sport does have brake cooling ducts.

Atomic Silver is a great addition to the F Sport! I think USB will eventually be added. Maybe for the 2016 MY.
Just think, this time next year we'll all be debating how much hp/tq the 2.0 turbo will have.
The 3IS will keep getting better every year.

OK... I really do appreciate how much thought you have put into this..!!
But maybe photos are worth a 1,000 words that I will not be typing..
Below I have attached the OEM "USA" FSport BLANK solid covers.. By SOLID, I am explaining to you that NO AIR flows through the blank... It's a hole filler...
The illusion of air flowing through them stops when you look inside and see solid plastic.
The JDM OEM covers are self explanatory... They have a hole for the fog lamps..
Best Regards,
Joe Z

I agree, sort of. If you go to your car and take a wire or ruler and place it in the cover you will find that there is indeed a hole/slit that air flows through. Now to say it does any good, that is your call.

I'm not on the Lexus Product Council but I often relay my thoughts to my contact who is. I barked up the USB and Memory Seats tree but looks like those never made it to fruition. The ventilated seats on F-Sport however, glad we stuct some sense

Thanks guys, did they say why they refuse to give us USB and the fogs? I just do NOT understand not giving us a color that everybody else has I will have to get a 15 because my lease ends next month but I am still not happy with what is being offered....at least the ventilated seats are a small step in the right direction. Any idea when the 15's will start arriving at dealers?
