Yup, MSRP 43k and 34k is going to be the residual of the car at the end of term. I just double check make sure its IS350 F-sport on paper and according to VIN...lol
but don't worry about its good or bad, I'm not keeping it as I'm planning to get BMW later for another two years lease I want to try them all.

That was my original demand from that dealer but they said I have to wait a week since the car is on the way but they have this one ready to go and they really need this sale. Guess I got lucky, you know dealers they have end of the month target of how many car and if they hit that they get extra bonus, my car was that car to hit their monthly target I think.

It helps the members of this forum much more when you provide clear cut accurate information.

It's amazing the low prices people are paying for the 3IS. This is one of those rare times prices have gone down and not up over the years. In 2008, I leased my IS250 with a $35.5k sticker for $3500 down at $320/mo. For $30 a month more and far less down, you are all getting the 350 with sport package. Righteous! Lexus is really deflating these to get them out on the road and spike sales totals. I hope resale doesn't take too much of a hit.

2014 IS350 F-Sport
White with Red
Navi and ML fully loaded.
MSRP: $43xxxK and after lease $34xxx
$460 a month, 27 month lease, with 10K per year.
$460 down payment as first month payment.
That's all I pay.
I was that one golden car they need for the month so they gave me the deal. go to dealer at the end of their month you might just get the same deal. I got mine on the 24th and they really pushed me hard. so the deal was good.

You state that you leased a 350 f-sport, navi/ml with an msrp of 43k. Using your stated residual of 34k, it's probably more likely your total msrp with options is around 47k.
You got a great deal.
Enjoy your new IS.
