Default Wheel sizing question! Please help!

Hi! I'm looking for new shoes for my baby and am interested in the xxr 521. I was wondering even if I get rsr downsprings would these wheels fit? http://m.ebay.com/itm/321333625702?cmd=VISPEC&gxo=true

+25mm Offset all around!? & Lowered on RS-R Downs.. No way.

Those look similar to the Work VS-XX wheels I recently ordered. My specs to fit in a lowered car (Tein S-Tech) with the widest lips are 19x9 et 34 and 19x10 et 45.

thats plus 10 all around and +25 offsets..I dont think U will be able too.
