I'm interested to what you're able to get since I'm in the same boat. I qualify for a new grad rebate of $1000 and a IS350 F Sport with NAV/ML would be sweet. I'd only do it if I could get monthly to under 400 though

More details are needed like the selling price, length of lease, etc.

If you hop over to the GS forum though, there's people leasing 60k GS's for that kind of payment with little negotiation and not much down.
Im in the boston area. The selling price of the vehicle was around 49,995 I believe. Black on Red. I wasnt aware there was a student rate. I just graduated. Is it too late to call lexus financial and try to get a rebate?

hello,

first post and ive been looking at buying either a is 250 or 350 f sport.

My local dealers (bay area) are not really being straight forward and are playing the back and forth game.

450 with 3k down on a 36mo/12k lease for a 2015 is 250 f sport seems very high to me. Looks like the magical numbers are 12k/27 months. I am looking at a payment no higher than 400 a month including tax and with of course minimal down. whoever purchased the is350 f sport with navi for 400 a month and only 1600 out of pocket, that seems like a fantastic deal. any input would help. I am trying to lease within the week.

There is no way you're going to get that to under $500 without some serious negotiating/discounts. Unless its a really short lease with low miles.

I'm at $527/month with a 36month, 12k miles/year lease
Negotiated price: $45k
MF: .00085
Residual: 63%
Due at signing: ~$660 (includes first month payment and DMV fees)

I think my deal is pretty good. I'd be impressed if you can get a deal for one under $400's and would love to see your numbers if you did.
I've been looking at a car with those same options. The dealer's "best" was exactly $500/month with NY taxes and fees (~$3100) upfront. According to one of his sheets, they were only selling ~$700 over invoice (did not take holdback into account).

Based on your deal, I should actually be around $433/month with taxes and fees upfront?

Am I getting a good deal, or am I getting ripped off?

I didn't get a full breakdown yet. I'm still deciding among brands, and just wanted to get some ballpark figures to compare.

i waited for till the 2015 came into the lot. that way the 2014 is cheaper. So i picked up 2014 350 F Sport Ultra white w/ Red Roja, Navi/ML Audio,BSM, and illuminated door sills for 464 a month (including tax fees) 2 year 10k miles. Threw 2k down.

$399 monthly (tax included). 12k/24 month term. $1800 upfront. Base money factor. 2014 model leased back in June of this year. RWD IS350F, NAVI, BSM. I believe they were losing money, but they wanted to hit their "monthly vehicle target." Very helpful and friendly group in TN.

No way they would short sell a car to you. Dealers get incentives (discounts) from Lexus manufacturers if they are performing well on sales. I've heard as much as 5% discount from invoice price.

I ended up getting 415+ tax. 449

2015 is350 fsport in nebula gray/Rioja
Has bsm and the upgraded stereo/navi.

Also the rear bumper appliqué , trunk mat, wheel locks..
2k down.

Was tier 1 as far as money factor goes and all looked fine. 27mo 10k.

Love the car. Very happy with it.

Sounds like a pretty good deal - congrats!

What was the msrp, cap cost, and who was the dealership?

Thanks, Bill G
