These lease prices for a 350 F are amazing!
I ran them by the dealers here in Arizona today and they practically laughed at me via email.

Are any of you guys on the West coast?
Maybe the deals will be better in December?

Hey guys, is anybody leasing an f sport, whether it be a 250 or 350 for low 400s per month? I've been watching the forums in edmunds and people have leased the 250 f sport for 380-400 per month with around 1k out of pocket. I'm looking to lease for 27m. I'm in NY also if it matters. Thanks in advance!!

Ok - I'll bite - you might be able to get a 250 for the low 400s but you most likely will not get close to that on a 350.

Are you looking 2014 or 2015?

either. probably 2015 now that most 14s are depleted

It won't be easy finding a low 400s deal on a 2015 F-Sport. You're probably looking at 425-450 on a 250 and 475-500 on a 350.

The deals will probably get better toward the end of Dec and into the new year.

Have you guys considered a GS350 F sport?

I signed my lease on a '14 GS350 F Sport last week

59.4k MSRP
50,989 selling price
negative equity on trade in
0.0005 MF
67% residual
27m @ 10k/yr

with 9% tax i'm paying 530 and change. I'm in northern CA if that matters.

If the overall length of the GS was about 12" smaller, we'd probably be in one right now. After 2 IS's, we had an ES - my wife missed the smaller size and agility of the IS, so we went for a 350 when a great deal presented itself.

Congrats on the GS - that's a great deal on a great car!

Default new 2015 IS350 Fsport Owner

Hi all.. just wanted to give back to this forum as it was pivotal in landing me in my new 2015 IS350 F-Sport!

Just came back from the dealer yesterday and this is the deal I landed after emailing several dealers in the Charlotte NC/SC region.

27 month/10k lease
MSRP: $47,512 (F-sprot, NAV, BSM)
Adjusted price: $43,254
Cap cost (inc. acquisition, tint, digiguard, nitro, doc fees) = $44,933
Residual = 71%
MF = 0.0009 - 0.00064 (8 MSD's @ 0.00008 ea) = 0.00026
Monthly = $435 + 3% state tax
Sign-and drive.. $0 down payment

Reflecting back on it, I could have probably gotten lower on the adj price, it was one hour before closing and wanted to settle on something.
