It's actually $200 and you could also try
Leasetrader.com
Craigslist
The vehicle classifieds in here

My offer is $49,048 MRSP. After negotiation got it down to $43,944. OTD is $47,933. (includes sales tax, reg., tag, all misc fees) 10k miles a year. But since I'm planning to purchase after lease.. this wouldn't really matter..

I asked for both 27months and 36 months. With $0 down, $520 a month for 27 months. $500 for 36 months.

The car is a 2015 IS350 Fsport. Nebular grey, red interior.

Good deal..?

That seems like a good deal. My MSRP was virtually the same and I put $2400 and change down and am paying about $480 a month.

I Apologize if I come across as a **** but I also don't want people thinking these are great deals. I pay $399 a month with only the max multiple security deposits down (all of which I get back) 12 k a year 27 month lease. IS 350 F Sport.

I think this is a great deal!
Can you PM the dealer and your contact info if it's ok? I'm in the Bay Area and looking for a similar deal.

Wow - "mess up too bad?" Are you kidding - I think this is the best 350 deal I've seen - way to go being a great negotiator and using a combination of grad rebate and MSDs. I think many people driving IS250s for over 400 a month will be kicking themselves (although the 250 is a great car too).

Congrats and enjoy the new ride!!

Socal28, Check your inbox! I already gave the dealer a heads up and willing to lend any help I can.

Damn, thanks for the affirmation y'all! Wouldn't of been able to do it without all the help and info from here. Now I feel that much better about my deal. That and some spirited driving around highway 1

Time to apply a tint and THINK about putting Michelin PSS' on. Might be too much $$$ though.
