Painted Brake Calipers - Photo Gallery
Hey Guys,
I figured since there are car color threads.. we should have a caliper thread:
Please post up photos of your painted calipers on your 3iS.
Would love to have visual ideas on which color I should go with on my Ultra White on Rioja Red.

Cherry or dark red with white decal to match both the interior and exterior colors

Will paint mine red when the weather gets better. I have a white on red 3IS. For those that have done it already can you please post up some pics?

I am leaning towards bright red and white FSport decals.
This is the ONLY website that FSport decals can be purchased from.. I looked high and low:

Aren't the 250 calipers a bit too small to put something on it? That is how it appears to me but excuse me if I am wrong.

The front are big enough. The rear decals need to be smaller to fit.

IMO red with a white decal is going to stand out the most for calipers
my 3IS didnt have a 100 miles when I painted the calipers. Dont have any other pics right now but this dusty after tracking it

Yellow and blue stands out too...those three colors seems to be standard on expensive cars...

Blue with FSport decal in white would look awesome.. but idk how awesome that would be with my Rioja Red interior. Patriotic iSFSport? haha

hahah yea which is why imma do mine red...wasn't the f-sport packages in previous generations blue with lexus logo?

for G2 caliper paint you can get about 3-4 coats, to seal in the decal 3 coats of high temp clear coat
