Unhappy Digital clock in '14 IS350 f sport?

Hi guys,

Not a big fan of the analog clock in my new 2014 IS350 F-Sport. I'm used to the digital clock, so I've been kicking through settings and everything , but haven't been able to find a way to get digital clock anywhere. I have to revert to my iPhone.

Anyone know if there is an option to get the digital clock?

No digital clock. You'll get used to it. My last car had a digital and analog; apparently, I always looked at the digital because that's where my eyes always go first.

technically, there is a digital clock, but it's in one of the menu screens buried like 4 levels deep. thats the only place to see the digital clock and its pointless to go through all that hassle. you have a few choices though:

1) use your phone, 2) get used to the analog, 3) have a passenger tell you what time it is, or 4) SOL

It's so much easier reading analog clocks imo. You'll get used to it in 2 seconds.

The little hand is the hour and the big hand is the minutes, it's not hard.

I'm partial to the analog clock, the digital one Lexus uses looks like the one I had in my 1992 Toyota pickup.

The automotive community has criticized Lexus for the last 10+ years on the use of the archaic digital clock. Lexus finally updates this to a classy and somewhat expensive looking piece of machinery and we're still not happy. Personally, I love the new clock and takes just a few moments to get used to it.

If 3IS still had the 80's style digital clock I would not have bought it, makes the car look outdated on 2IS.

Lexus should have used a small TFT for the clock. It could have been analog, digital, customer's choice.

Isn't analog clock suppose to be a luxurious kind of thing?

My only wish is that the analog clock will automatically adjust itself on day light saving days. Is there any lexus model that does this? GS and LS perhaps?

The analog clock is nicer to look at than the old lexus dashboard digital clock. Though since they took so many design cues from the LFA (tachometer, sloped console design, "carbon-fiber'ish ...like" trim, etc.) it would be nice if they had a digital clock on the Tachometer like the LFA has.
