Yesterday, I took delivery of a Nebula Grey/Rioja IS350 AWD F Sport. He handed me 2 key fobs.

One key fob has that "removable key" (for the glovebox I think) in it. The other keyfob is missing it and looks awkward as it has the slot open where this removable key should be.

Do we only receive one of those glovebox removable keys or should there be one with each keyfob?
Should I call the dealer and create a stink about it?

We got two complete keys.

^^^ Yeah, it's definitely missing and you need to tell them. Each Smart Access Fob has the metal key in it for use with the door handle as well in case the fob battery dies or stops working.

And get them to throw in the key fob cases too. Our keys came with these covers.

I got 2 complete key fobs with the silver key inside as well as 2 complimentary F-Sport leather pouches for both of them. I lost one of the pouches already

Lol I didn't even realize there was a metal key in the "keyless" fob. Hahaha

Gotta have a backup when the battery goes dead. I think you can also lock the glove compartment and take the key when you valet the car. Keep the valets from stealing your 420. ;-)

Mine only gave me one pouch, had to buy the smart card access key myself (pretty cool)

I did receive 2 key pouches. Mine were similar to the pic you posted except mine has blue stitching and a blue loop instead of the grey and an embossed F logo on it.

The ones with a grey loop is for the regular IS. The ones with blue loop is F-sport.

I didn't either. I noticed the glove box had a keyhole and I wasn't sure where the key was, and then my salesperson just magically pulls a key out of the key fob and I was amazed lol.

Problem was solved. They cut a new key for me immediately. It would have sucked if I never noticed it and penalized for it upon returning the lease.
