Anyone NOT have noise issues with their IS350 F Sport?
I'm not trolling. I prefer a smaller car, and I've been thinking about trading my GS F Sport when the 2015 IS F Sport is introduced (in hopes they add a few features for the refresh). I keep reading about squeaks from the console and thumping from the suspension. My GS is rattle-free and tight after 15k miles.
Anyone NOT have these issues? Is it possible to buy a noise-free IS? If not, I'll either keep my GS or look at another brand.
Thanks in advance for the input.

I have no thumps, squeaks, or rattles on my IS. 7 months and 4800 miles in.
Granted mine is not an F Sport like you asked, but I'm not sure why it would matter.
Good luck in your decision.

No squeaks or rattles here.
(knock on wood)
I think many are squeak/rattle free but most people don't post/review if they aren't having issues. When you have an issue you have a reason to post. I do think the posts are legit but I know that I don't feel right commenting in most of those threads as it would feel like I'm rubbing it in their face that I don't have the same issue - bad karma.
I been surfing these forums for awhile. It seems like the interior rattles are actually quite rare compared to the number of posters here. The more "common" (for lack of better word) one seems to be the one where people speak of a thump when going over a bump in the road. There are multiple possible fixes for that one.
These are really well made cars. I driven multiple 2IS (loaners), a 3IS loaner for a month, my 3IS and multiple loaner cars from Lexus since they give me one for the preventive maintenance and not once did I drive one going ...holy hell this a crappy car. Rental cars on the other hand I have a far worse track record.

8200 km and no squeaks or rattles. Very tight car, solid-feeling car. In fact, tightest Lexus owned so far (better than my RX with the rear seat, B-pillar, and door rattle I managed mostly to fix myself) and the CT which required felt everywhere in the center console HVAC/Radio components and "knee pads" on the sides. Finally, my past 2IS had some fairly bad squeaking and popping noises with the clear plastic on the clock and radio plus with the silver plastic trim surrounding the HVAC and radio. They all experienced these noises early into ownership and not something after several years. Point of all this is to demonstrate I'm very aware of squeaks and rattles and I can honestly say the 3IS has been 99% rock solid.
Remember, the IS is a 7/8ths GS in platform and suspension components so you should expect a similar solid feeling to the car, minus the extra materials refinement of the GS of course.
