great post and a great feature to use.

I actually went to the dealership last year to get this changed right along with my 10k mile service.

For any 3IS newbies (like me), I followed this on my 2018 IS350 and it worked like a charm:

Unfortunately, after 3 attempts, this did not work on my 2014 IS350 F Sport. Does anyone have a video for the 2014 IS--seems I have ADHD when t comes to following the written directions. ?

Make sure you click the power button twice so that ignition is on, not just accessories.

Notcie that the wiper stick has two settings above center setting. You will only use those two settings and nothing below center

It took me several times to get it right, it was was frustrating. Keep trying, you'll get it.

I love the 5 flash setting.

Are you following the video I posted? A buddy of mine has a 2014 IS and it worked for him!

I think 3 is too short and I pretty much always use my turn signal, I'm a believer lol. In my opinion 1-2 blinks and you're still in your existing lane. Those are the heads up blinks, then comes the confirmation blinks saying yeah I am moving over.

I've always double tapped but got it changed to a 5 blink signal now. Much better! Glad this thread was mistakenly got resurrected.

Btw I have 14 IS350 w/Nav and it worked. Having Nav or not I wouldn't imagine changes this application.

Preselecting blinking position worked for me

Lexus dealers have been the worst about charging for things like this in my opinion. Glad this saved you some $.

My dealer straight out said it couldn't be done. Once I did it on my own, I let them know that it can be done (they just kind of smirked and thought I "hacked it" somehow and said "we aren't responsible for damages as a result of you tinkering with the electronics" LOL).
