Did a lot of parts ... some had to be redone because of overheating and stretching back from the sun heat but i manage do redo them with less "pull" and also "glued-welded" the edge of the vinyl where i had to do some cut so that it doesn't shrink back.
Anyway, it's a bit overkill but i like it :P
if I remember correctly, to get to the heat/cool seats panel, you have to remove the whole center console. There are screws from the inside that have to be undone. the mode dial was pull of I believe...been a min though

oh okay gotcha! I’ve had no problems removing the actual center console. It’s once I get the two pieces of the center console off, is where I have issues. I can take everything off except the seat panel area and mode dial button.
This is an old thread but I figured I’d add an additional option for some of these trim pieces. I ordered real Alcantara from and eBay seller and wrapped my window control trim and glovebox trim in that.
Started by vinyl wrapping the pieces just in case I didn’t like it, I could remove it without damaging the original piece (as you have to use adhesive to attach the alcantara)
Took some patience, but I’m extremely happy with how this turned out
I liked this a while back but forgot to comment...lol.
What glue did you use to attach it? This looks so subtle and clean to me!
Nicely done.
