Default IS 350 F Sport whistle noise accelerating

Every time I accelerate I hear and annoying whine, whistle noise, as soon as I get my foot off the gas it goes away. Anyone else have this issue?

That would be the Fsport sound generator from the intake

I never heard it on the 2014 Is240 fsport I had for a year. Cuz that car doesn't have the sound generator

Why whistle though?! Should be a nice rumble noise instead!

I have the same thing. I thought it was an electrical whine. Does it sound like it's coming through the speakers? I assumed they ran the amp wires near the speaker wires causing interference, but I haven't looked into it yet.

Yes. Sounds like the old cars that had grounding issues. I'm thinking it's just faint gear wine.

Curious if RWD or AWD matters or not sure to the transfer case and front diff.

It's Transmission whine, just search for it there are 30 other threads with this exact same report, completely normal for this tranny.
