Out With The ES350 - In With The IS350 F-Sport
Was finally able to land a decent deal on an IS350 F-Sport.
We took a little negative equity hit (1191) on the ES but we were only 17 months into a 24 month lease on it, so we were ok with that.
We went with a 2014 Nebula Gray, black interior, BSM/Cross Traffic & Nav/ML.
Deal was:
Msrp: 48298
Net selling price: 40,560 (including 850 lease rebate & 1000 Lexus loyalty credit)
So even factoring in the negative, net discount was $6538 or around 13.5%
Did a 24 month lease - 71% residual/.00085 money factor.
Dealer was Lexus Escondido - highly recommend - they have a few more 2014s left if anyone is interested. Contact Bob in the Internet Dept - he was up front during the process and worked hard to get us what we needed on the ES to make the deal happen.
Thanks to jkonquer for posting his deal from Escondido - otherwise I might not have contacted them.
Good luck to all you IS shoppers - this is a great car!!!

The pursuit of F
Congrats on the switch. I do like the buttery smooth and quieter highway ride of the ES, but the IS is more fun as a daily driver.
Amazing how you folks in California get these crazy discounts ($8K?) and low lease payments even compared to some folks in the east coast. And forget us folks in the Great White North - if we get 2-3K off at year's end, that's a deal!

Yeah, the 2015 only has a couple new features that we aren't really that concerned with and this will only be a 2 year car for us, so going with a 2014 made the negotiation process much easier.
