For snow . I actually didn't mind driving in the Snowpocalypse last year. Also what kind of pre-winter detailing are you doing?

It just started snowing here yesterday, although it's only slush at this point and will melt, I am a little excited to try my car out in the snow this year to compare it to my old car.
I'm just applying a couple layers of Wet Paint sealant.

Bought a bunch of this stuff years ago, and I find that it works amazing, especially if you apply a couple layers of it. Water beads off, and snow/dirt don't really stick to the car as much with it.

How are these Bridgestone Turanza tires in the snow? The last time I had performance-oriented all-season tires, they were horrible in the snow. As my car is a lease, I don't feel like buying dedicated winter tires when I'm only going to have the car for two winters.

I didn't have any problems with them last winter. My buddy replaced his Bridgestones with P Zero Nero All Season Run Flat tires this past summer and I noticed he had much better grip than my car (same cars).
