The front is hard to say because with the +38 offset it really comes down to rim design if it will clear at this point.
The rear is gonna stick out past the fender a little. It might tuck in enough when the suspension compresses and clear the fender, but it's gonna be close.
the rim design is concave... and how far out would the rears stick out? would it be better off to not get them?

The rear wont stick out a ridiculous amount, but definitely noticeable when compared to the front. The top of the rim should be just about flush with the fender, which means the rest of the rim would be outside the fender when you consider the natural negative camber of the rear, plus being lowered.
The safe bet would be to pass on them, but it's up to you.

I'm running 19x9.5 +45 in the rear with a 275/30-19 and they are close to the fender. I think 40 would have been dead even with the fender. 30 would be beyond the fender I'm sure.

Much better. Worst case you can use a small spacer on the front if needed.

Also wondering if anyone has run anything like 235/40/R19 and 265/35R19.

Most people are running less offset than me, so I figured with more offset I could add more tire. I will have them on soon, and will post plenty of pics.

the fronts aren’t concave on these they look a little pushed out so they should clear the bigger brakes fine right?
