Just installed RSR downs and 19x8.5 (F)225/40/19n and 19x9.5 (R)255/35/19, but my rear passenger side is rubbing over any bump in the road...any ideas?

Whats the wheel offset? I think you’re rubbing because of the 35 sidewalls. Most are running 35 sidewalls in the front and 30 in the rear

19x8.5 squared 235/35/19 tires front 255/30/19 rear
Had to use a 10mm H&R spacer in the front. I have a 20mm H&R spacer that I was going to put in the rear, I have it for sell. Brand new, didn’t install it.

Tpms
I just got some new wheels and tires with new tpms installed for my 2014 lexus is350 fsport rwd. They didn't indicate which side what wheel goes on. Does it matter which side I mount the new wheels on? Also do i have to go get them reprogrammed as well? This is my first time buying wheels.
Thank you.
Thank you.

I'll assume the rims are a square setup (same size front and rear), so it won't matter what side the rims go on.
However, if you directional tires, look for the rotation arrow to make sure those are on the correct side of the car.
If they installed new TPMS sensors at the same time, then they will need to be programmed to the vehicle. Any local well equipped tire shop can do that for you fairly easily.

If the tires are mounted already, then it will depend on the side of the car it goes on by the direction of rotation for the tire...that's all. Look for the arrow on the sidewall...usually will have the word "Rotation" written in front the arrow.
If it's a complete tire package you received already assembled, then there is only one left front, right front, left rear, and right rear...just lay then out beside the vehicle in the correct positions before you start the swap.
If the tires are not directional, then the fronts can be mounted on either side, and the rears on either side.

With the staggered then you just have to make sure the front is on the front and rear on the rear.

So my tires aren't directional sorry, and my wheels and tires came mounted already as a package. So im assuming it doesnt matter which side i mount the wheels on my car?aslong as i have the 19x8.5 up front and the 19x9.5 in the rear. Then i just gotta get the tpms reprogrammed.
