These were on my old 2is... how much of a difference is the suspension on the 3IS when it comes to wheels?
Not so much an issue of suspension. The front suspension on the 2IS and 3IS are relatively the same design...the rear suspension and brakes are different though.
However wheel clearance on the rear is usually never an issue wit respect to brakes and suspension.
In this case the concern is with the fender clearance.
Assuming that you will be using a size appropriate tire to the 18x10 rim, then on a large enough bump/dip, the tire can come in contact with the fender.
With the front, if you had a 2IS 350 and the rims cleared the brakes, then that would be due to the rim design...another 18x9 +45 could easily not clear the brakes...my 20x8.5 +35 don't clear the front 350 brakes.
With an 18x9 +35 with a size appropriate tire, the rim and/or tire may contact the steering knuckle.
If you have the rims on hand, then a test fit is your best way to know for sure.
I'm not a big fan of stretching tires, but if you put a smaller tire on the rear, and camber it if needed, then you could fit the 18x10...if not recommending this by any means, just putting out there that anything is possible.
For the front a small spacer would be an easy fix for any clearance issues.
i'm going to attempt a 19x8.5 +30 in the front and 19x9 +24 in the rear. probably going with a 225/35/19 235/35/19 tire set up rear camber arms and maybe just RSR downs for the moment.
i'm hopping i can get away with running some bigger tires but i'll definitely will be running some camber in the rear.

Without any camber the rear tires are going to hit the fender...even with the smaller tires.
Depending on how much camber you'll willing to introduce, you can make pretty much anything clear...of course you'd just be burning out tires regularly at that point.

Thanks. I will do a test fit. Theses were on a 250 that was totaled by the insurance company. Thankfully I kept the stocks and swapped them back after dumping the 250 and jumping into a 200t.
Thought it would just be a simple plug and play which is also why I opted for another IS vs another vehicle. I’ll just say they are Advans and if they fit I’ll have pics of which ones they are.
as far as tires was planning on 235/35/18 front or as close and 265/35/18 rear if possible as well.
Thanks for the info, very knowledgeable as always.

If you had the 250 then they would have fit no problem...I'm not saying the 250 has tiny brakes lol...but in comparison to the 350/300/200t front calipers, the 250 brakes are tiny.
To be honest, don't be surprised when the front rims don't fit your 200t...by the numbers they should not fit. Of course a 15mm spacer would fix that no problem.

Thanks. Yes compared to the 250 the others are like a BBK. Will do a test fit this weekend.
I installed my camber arms and test fitted my wheels. It actually doesn’t look that bad. I’m not going to be able run any meaty tires with this set up but I think illl be alright with that.
Just test fitting to see how the tire/rim combo looks and I think it looks alright. Just need to add a little camber and drop like and inch then I’m good!
will this setup work on my stock fsport? Also I am assuming I need a spacer, if so what size?
19X8.5 +35.. 245/35
19X9.5 +45.. 275/30 or 19x10 +42...275/30
