The 19x9 +24 is pretty much at the borderline for clearance.
For those that run 19x9.5 on the rear, to keep it flush they usually run +38...a 19x9 +24 is basically the same as a 19x9.5 +37...so your comment about the poke being 1-2mm is spot on.
If you do go to air in the future the rear will likely hit the fender/bumper area if you air out all the way...unless you add a significant amount of camber.
this is about -3 camber on the rear. I do plan on going air but idk.. With this whole coronavirus thing hurting our economy.. I might just hold onto my cash until it blows over.
Fitment is probably not your most common 38/45 type of offset but i don't rub and there's actually only a 1-1.5 finger tire to fender gap. i'm actually on stock suspension on this set up and man it might not be low but it actually looks pretty good where it's at.
I'm right at 19x8.5 +30 offset with a 3mm spacer to clear front calipers. 19x9 +24 in the rears.. i thought about rebarreling the rears but decided i would just pocket the insurance money and end up with some really nice cheap wheels thank you baby Jesus!
What size tires are you running? Curious how you got the minimal gap while stil being "stock." Larger tires I assume? Curious here.
OK, I've never been a fan of "cheap" tires, BUT. A friend begged me to buy a set from him and promised I would love them. For 2 275/30-19 and 2 245/35-19, it was $250. They are a brand called Achilles (link below). I read several reviews and none of them were bad, so I figured I would give it a shot. Has anyone else used that brand before??? The exact ones he is getting me are linked below. I really like the tread pattern.
Also, I'm about to list my factory wheels and tires for sale locally. Does anyone know what a set of 2016 staggered F Sport wheels is going for??? I looked in the classifieds, but nobody has a set for sale.

I've actually looked into those same tires...the reviews were good and the thread pattern looks awesome.
Honestly if they're not noisy AF, I can't see why you wouldn't get them.
For me they would only be for summer and I don't drive much, so these would be perfect.
If you do get them, definitely provide some feedback...I'd love to hear firsthand experience with them...I can't imagine it's going to be bad.

Really it market dependent...but I would start at $1200-$1500 CAD and go from there...I'm not sure what that is in USD these days with everything tanking.

I'm running 225/40/19 all around. i was pretty scared about rubbing in the rear but they were actually a lot of clearance. I'm going to swap the rear tires out for some 245/35/19 on my next run of tires.

You should be ok with 245/35/19 even when you install the air. I would be hesitant to jump to a 255/35 or 255/30...the width will bring it much closer to the fender when you air out.
