The lower the offset the closer to the fender.
Since most with the stock F Sport rim (18x8 +45) on the front with a 20mm spacer say that they could probably fit a 25mm, then that's exactly what you would have.
The BBS rim is out further by 5mm, so when you add your 20mm spacer, it would be the same as an F Sport rim with a 25mm spacer.
On the rear both the offset and size of the BBS rim differ from a stock F Sport rim (18x8.5 +50).
An 18x8 +40 is the same as a 18x8.5 +50 with a 4mm spacer...so if you add your 15mm spacer to the 18x8 +40 rim, it will be like the F Sport rim with a 19mm spacer...so basically stick with your 15mm spacer on the rear. Please don't ask me to write out the math for that LOL!

Gap between front wheel and knuckle.
Just barely enough room.
Theses look so much better on the 200t then they did on the 250. Gonna have to paint the calipers.
Again just enough space. Advan wheels designed for big brake clearance.
Almost flush. Maybe a 5mm spacer would set it of. Definitely can’t go to wide on the tires.

Between BC and RSR, if money wasn't a factor, I would choose the RSR. However I can appreciate that money is a factor, and BC's have been used widely by many members.
I think overall they have positive reviews, so certainly you can't go wrong.

1. What size are you planning on running in the rear? That will dictate what size you run in the front, and vice versa...since you want the front and back to have relatively the same diameter.
2. Did you test fit the rear rim to see how much it pokes out? Usually a 9.5 +38 is fairly close to being flush, with a 10 +35 the wheel is now outwards just over 9mm more.
Just going on the rim sizes you can run the factory F Sport size tires, 225/40/18 in front and 255/35/18 in the rear.
Also to consider is if the tire has a built in rim guard, cause that will overhang the rim...obviously.
If you put a 245/35/18 in the front, it's actually smaller than a 225/40/18 in terms of height, you would pretty much have to put a 255/35/18 in the rear at that point.
A different suggestion is 235/40/18 front and 265/35/18 rear. My only consider with this is that the rear rim is likely going to be poking already, so having a wider tire in the rear will increase the chance of rubbing on the fender...it will likely definitely rub.
I think the best chances of everything clearing and not having any issues is 225/40/18 front and 255/35/18 rear.
I have an 18x9.5 +38 rim with a 265/35/18 tire on it...I'll be installing it this weekend, so I can post some pics on how close it is to the fender. Basically if I have more the 9mm clearance to the fender, you would be ok with you 18x10 +35 with a 265/35/18...but I'm not holding my breath.
I'm not even sure the rim/tire combo i have will fit on my car LOL! It's gonna be close!

No I did not test the rear as I was more concerned for the front due to the specs. I will see about the rear some time this week. The wheels were pretty much flush on the 2IS with those specs. I know on the rear the 255 looked small and thought to my self next time I would go a little wider.
And yes the 255 will look small on the rear, but with a 10 +35 you may not have the option of putting a wider tire...unless you add camber arms to camber in the top of the wheel...which now will lead to a tire wear issue.
Since it looks like the front rim will fit without a problem, I'm not really worried about the tire size. You only have a few options and they should all fit.
The rear is going to be more of an issue for the tire cause the rim itself may not clear the fender.

At stock height you will likely be ok on the front as a couple members have fit 18x9.5 +38 on the front successfully, but there isn't much room error...meaning final rim physical width and tire selection could cause rubbing on the suspension, fender liner, or both, on large bumps/dips.
On the rear a +35 will be flush on the fender, so depending on tire size it may rub on the fender on large bumps/dips.
For the 19x8.5 +30, the front shouldn't be an issue at stock height regardless of tire.
On the rear it's basically going to fit like the 9.5 +35, flush to the fender with the chance or rubbing on big bumps/dips.
Tire size fro the 9.5 would be 255/30/19 as the smallest.
Tires size for the 8.5 would be 225/35/19 as the smallest.
