Nice wheels...don't think I've seen those before.
Maybe a 350 front caliper conversion to set off the space in the wheels.

Nice setup.

I was going for 9.5 +45 for the rear.

Maybe I should go for 9.5 +40 instead.

Any clearance issue?

No issues . Fits without trouble/modifications. Concaver is a new brand. They have nice wheels with good build quality and lightweight.
Big brakes will be the next modification

19x8.5/9.5 35
offset
Ebay wheels shipped to my door for $740.25
285/35 rear and fronts were 235/35 front on stock springs.Currently switching to a 245 up front because I don't like that stretched tire look. The rear scrubs on some harsh bumps. I would like to lower the front maybe 1/2".

19x8.5 +32(235-35) 19x10+42(265-30) RSR downs. We’re twins....almost

You could try just down springs in the front

Anyone know if a 18x9.5 +35 will fit without issues?

If you're going square, then the front will be ok, the rear might be an issue depending on if you're lowered or not.
You would be using a 255/35/18 if you wanted to squeeze them onto the rear.

Hey guys, I just purchases ESR SR08 in 19x8.5 +30 and 19x9.5 +35 . What tire setup would be recommended?

I am currently thinkg of 235/35 and 255/35. Would this be okay?

I will be lowered on ARK springs.

No fitment issues...it will be close to flush.

If you want 235/35 on the front, then the matching tire for the rear would be 265/30.
My only concern would be that with a +35 and 265/30 on the rear it's likely going to rub on the fender...depending on what tire brand you get.
You're best chance of it not rubbing is 255/30 on the rear...in which case the matching front tire would be 225/35.

The rim fitment is going to be super flush, so tire size is going to be crucial so there are no issues.

So 225/35 front and 255/30 rear would be the best bet without any modification ?

Yes...also try to avoid tires that have beefy sidewalls like Michelins.
If you do decide to got with a 265 or Michelins, then worst case scenario is you add some camber adjusting arms to the rear (like SPC) and give it a little bit more negative camber for the tires to clear.
At this point you're literally down to a matter of millimetres.
