If you do decide to got with a 265 or Michelins, then worst case scenario is you add some camber adjusting arms to the rear (like SPC) and give it a little bit more negative camber for the tires to clear.
At this point you're literally down to a matter of millimetres.
I am planning on going for Achilles Tires. not sure how beefy the tires are but I will see how it looks before I lower the car.
Only issue with these wheels are the rears. Front are okay.

And instead of 225/35 front can 225/30 work also?

Update: Achilles does not make 255/30 for sport tires

225/35/19 will keep the wheel diameter as close to the stock size as possible...a 255/30 will actually make the diameter of the wheel smaller than stock, also no one makes a 225/30/19.

Okay. I understand now. Btw, achilles tires actually doesnt make 255/30. Should I take the risk and get 255/35 or opt for a different brand? If so, which do you recommend with the wheel fitments. Im on a budget for tires. nothing too cheap or expensive.

Kinda want to stick with achilles cus its the cheapest for its quality

The 255/35/19 is going to be almost an inch taller than the front 225/35/19. If you bump the front to a 235/35/19, then the 255/35/19 is only half an inch taller.
Ideally I would look at a brand that has the correct sizes you need.
I'm not sure what the Achilles sells for by you, but maybe check out Sumitomo, Falken, or Hankook.

That would be a flush fitment.

You could go with:
F: 225/35/19
R: 255/30/19
or
F:235/35/19
R:265/30/19

Personally I would go with the second one...more rubber + more sidewall=nicer ride

What wheel brands do you all suggest for the 3IS that offer wheels with correct offsets. I'm looking to stay under $450/wheel in the 18" or 19" size. Seems like the rear offset at 38+ or higher tends to kill a lot of my first choices.

The offset will really depend on what kind of setup you are looking to run.
If you want to go 9.5 in the rear (or wider), then +38 is a good starting point. The wider you go the higher the offset will need to be.
If you go with an 8.5 or 9 in the rear then the offset can be lower.

For brands of wheels it's completely subjective because it's really what you like vs. what's available where you are.

I recently ordered a set of custom AG wheels and I thought I was supposed to tell the offset and stuff like that, but I was told that the engineers would find the best offset for my car. Is this normally how it works when you order custom wheels? I’m new to this😅

Whats Up Nick I see you everywhere now lol. For the wheels, you got custom wheels so yes they have right measurement to have the "perfect" fitment unless you want it little more or less aggressive. There's plenty of people who got custom AG for our cars so they have plenty of measurement lol
