The rear won't fit...offset is too low...you'd need at least +42 if not +45.
Also your tire choices are undersized for the rim size...maybe you're going for the stretched look, which comes with it's own problems.
I'd like to think with those rim specs that they would clear the BBK, but it's hard to account for spoke design.

Thanks so much!

Much appreciated.
I have been on the market for rims for a while now, thought i got a good deal on some 2nd hand rotiforms but i had doubts about fitment.

If the car wasn't black I would have said Rays.
I think the Vossen finish goes better with the vehicle color.

If there was a choice of neither, I wouldn't pick either one...but that's me.

Hi Guys, i'm from Singapore and just picked up my 2019 IS300 RWD Base model. I've been browsing through almost 100 pages of this wheels section but can't seem to find the answer to my question haha. I'm looking to get a set of Works Emotion CR Kiwami and run the following specs

Front - 18 x 8.5 +30
Rear - 18 x 9.5 +38

Any idea if this fits? Would it be a flushed look? As i do not want to run spacers, its a cumbersome process to find that perfect fitment

Do u guys know whats the max offset i can run for Front 18x8.5 & Rear 18x9.5 without any fender works as i may consider getting a set of custom forged wheels instead... Cheers!!

By the numbers it should clear, but rim design is hard to factor in without actually putting the rim on the car.
On the up side, because of the +38 offset in the front, you may find the wheel looks a little set into the wheel well...if you add a 5mm spacer that will bring it out to improve the appearance, and if the rim didn't clear the caliper, the spacer would also fix that issue too.
Hey Sansuke!! Sorry i posted a wrong quick reply in the previous reply.... haha can't figure out how to delete it. Anyway, I just read your reply to this guy and realised he is also intending to run an almost simillar setup to wat i want to. except that i was looking to run

front 18 x 8.5 x +30 as compared to him running +38. As u suggested him to add 5mm spacers, do u think if i ran a +30 it would clear as i do not wanna get a +38 and run spacers.

Your specs will be fine...it will be flush front and rear.
You could also do 18x9.5 +38 all around.

Thank you so much sensei sasnuke. So even for a squared 18x9.5 +38 squared setup, it will be a flush for all 4 wheels? Would there be any rubbing issues on the front for 9.5 +38?

LOL...it's ironic you say that, cause my dojo closed due to the pandemic, so I'm waiting patiently for my final grading to Sensei (Shodan).

Your initial setup (18x8.5 +30 and 9.5 +38) will be flush at all 4 corners, and no rubbing (dependent on what tire sizes you choose). You could use factory F Sport tire sizes (225/40/18 and 255/35/18).
With the 18x9.5 +38 square, you can use 255/35/18 all around. My understanding is that it won't be as flush on the front as your 18x8.5 +30. A small spacer (5mm) would get you that flush look on the front.
The upside with the square fitment is that you can rotate wheels front to back to maximize tire life...and with a 5mm spacer you can use the factory studs.

Thinking about up sizing tires from 255/35/18 to 255/40/18. Thoughts?

@truu The look of the car is legit on point. You're probably one of a couple that have squeezed those 9.5 on the front.
From an aesthetic perspective it looks perfect.
From a functional perspective I can only assume the car drives good because you're using the factory size (F Sport) rear tires all around....but the vehicle is lowered.

Pros:
  • Vehicle would raise up 0.5 inches...since the 255/40/18 is 1 inch larger is diameter
  • More sidewall = smoother ride (more cushion in the sidewalls to absorb those bumps)
  • For some manufacturers the larger tire is actually cheaper (go figure?!)
Cons:
  • Speedo will be out a bit, but nothing crazy (at 100kmph on the speedo you'll be doing about 104)
  • It may or may not have a negative impact on the appearance (sidewall height would increase approx. 12-13mm)
  • You might get some rubbing now, possibly in the front (removing the spacer might correct that if it does rub)

Default Wheel Fitment

If this is the wrong area I apologize.

I was wondering if someone could help me I have a 2016 Lexus is200t f-sport and was wondering if 18x10.5 +25 offset will fit without hitting the poem big brake? I know 10.5 will fit but I'm not sure about the offset

Thank you.
