For the front no one has put 10's on...and least no one on the forum, so you'd be the first I believe.
For the rear you would want something in the +40 or more offset if you're running a 10 inch rim.
If I recall correctly your current setup is 18x9.5 +38 square with a 5mm spacer added to the front.
If you go to 18x10 +35 that will push the rim/tire out in the rear approx. 9mm...it may cause some rubbing on the fender.
In the front it's gonna be really close to the steering knuckle. The 18x9.5 +38 without the spacer is pretty close already to the knuckle...consider the jump to 18x10 +35 will net you approx. 3mm inwards. It will be close but I think it will still clear by 1-2mm.
The outside of the front rim/wheel will stick out 4mm more than current...so not a huge amount. However it could be enough to cause rubbing on the fender on full lock turns or over big bumps.
The fronts would be the similar as 18x9.5 +40 in terms distance to the knuckle? I think there are a few people that ran those? Just haven't gotten the time yet to comb through this thread. I don't mind doing some minor fender pulling to make them fit.

The front will probably clear inside ok...worst case it would need a small spacer, like 2-3mm. The outside of the front is where the real issue would be.
For the rear there were some that reported rubbing when lowered on 19x9.5 +35, and some that didn't. It likely came down to tire size and brand.
With the 18x10 +35 I would anticipate some rubbing...but with the right 255/35/18 tire you might get lucky. You could also camber the rear wheels slightly if needed.
im picking up some xd9 and the specs are 18x9 +20 & 18x10 +38. TIres are 235-40-18 and 275-40-18. Im prob gonna switch to 225-40-18 front and 235-40-18 rear. Probs gonna roll fenders too.

Depending on if the vehicle is lowered will depend on what issue you may have.
The front offset is a little low...for an 18x9 you'd want +30 offset.
For the rear, 18x10 +40 - +45 would fit without issue. Also for a 10 inch the minimum tire size would be a 255/35/18...the 235/40/18 is undersized for the rim, not to mention it will be a taller tire than the 225/40/18 on the front.
Also the rear fenders are factory rolled, there isn't anything left to roll on the rear...literally.

Does anyone know if 18x9.5 with 255/45/18 tires would fit with stock suspension? Currently running 255/35/18 with 18x9.5 sick of having to buy new tires to many potholes in my city
Mine isnt lowered right now but im planning on getting coils. Do you think 18x9.5 +25 is gonna fit for the back? A bit agressive

From your original +38 you want to go higher in offset, not lower.
Even 18x9.5 +25 is too low...if you got that in a +38 you'd be good.
I am looking to get verde axis v99 wheels on my is350 awd. Up front it will be 19x8.5 +32 with tire size 235/35/19 and rear will be 19x9.5 +38 with tire size 265/30/19. I am going to have stock ride height. Will this setup rub? These wheels have the tire stem more in the barrel too. Do you think it will clear the brakes?

You'll be fine. A few others have run the same setup in the past.
For a stock height IS250 RWD, would there be any issues running Gram Lights 18x8.5 +37 offset with 255/40 tires?
Was also looking to possibly lower using Swift springs in the future.
