Default 18x9.5 30 offset

Hey guys.

I wanna run some 18x9.5 with 30 offset but I was curious if it'll stick out. I know the stock wheels or 18x7 unless I'm wrong , please correct me. I don't wanna go 19s. To me the 18s seem nice for the car. My tires will probably be 225/4018 and 2553518 just like oem size.

Default Wheel/Tire size help- Rubbing?

2014 IS250 Fsport. Ready to order today but trigger shy due to any possible issues with rubbing. Want to go as aggressive as possible, but not rub.
Does anyone know if I will have rubbing issues with the following set-up?
RSR Downs
Front: 19 X 8.5 +35 (225-35ZR19)
Rear: 19 X 9.5 +35 (265-30ZR19)
Niche Verona & Toyo Proxes

Thanks!!

You should be fine. I’m on RSR downs with 19x8.5 +32(235-35) and 19x10 +42(265-30) and have never rubbed

Thanks Napalvr. Ordered the wheels, tires, and RSR's this afternoon. Should have everything running in the next couple of weeks.

Idk if it’s too late to change your order but Ive seen people complain of rubbing with a 265 tire on +38 offset wheels

Depends on the manufacturer of the tire. I have Conti DWS which has a more rounded shoulder. Michelin PS+3 has a more squared shoulder just to name two of the most popular ones

I’ve gone through 84 pages and can’t find the setup I’m looking for. I understand BS, offset etc. but I want know if anyone’s had problems with what I want to run.

I have a Fsport 2wd on Superdowns, I DO NOT want a staggered setup. Can I run a 19x8.5 with a 35 series (235/35 maybe) on all 4 corners with a +38 or + 42 and clear the Fsport calipers and Strut but not so far out that they won’t clear the quarters in back?

You won't clear the front calipers with those offsets. I initially got 19x8.5 +35 wheels for the front and they didn't clear without spacers so I swapped them out for +30 offset fronts
