Excited to show y'all the new wheels
ferrada fr2's on Michelin pilot sport 4+ tires
lowerd on rsr half downs
fronts are 19x8.5+35 235/35/19
rear 19x9.5+40 265/30/19
no rubbing at all.
Just put Verde Rims on my is350 awd, man those back rims and tires look like theyre gonna rub like crazy once I lower it! Rims are 19x8.5 32et with 235-35 & 19x9.5 38et with 265-30 Sumitomos
I recently had the same rim but bronze on my car as well. except I have 38et all round. so far it does rub (no lowering AWD), back left side only during full tank/passenger on big bumps, its catching (I believe) the area between the plastic bumper and fender meet. there is actually about an inch fender sticking inward where as most of the fender is prerolled. I saw the paint is beginning to come off and my right side no rub at all.
I am planning to bring the car into a shop to see what they can do for that 1 inch area.
I also heard if you lower your car on stiff springs you naturally get more negative camber which in theory might actually solve your rubbing issue.

hey sasnuke, I need your expertise on whether this will fit. I was thinking of 18 x 9.5 +38 lowered on rsr downs.. would I clear this? thanks in advanced.

If you're doing a square setup, just based on the rim specs provided, it should fit.
However, that doesn't account for spoke design (to clear the brakes if it's a 300, 200t, 350), or factor in the tire size.
If you know what rim and tire you want to run, a better answer could be provided.
