Name one like, dislike and wish on your IS?

Like: exterior style, engine responsiveness at part-throttle
Dislike: lack of interior storage space, engine lack of power at WOT
Wish: FI V6 engine, or at least 30HP and 20TQ
The 2GS-FSE engine is an open deck design w/o forged internals (from what I've gathered), but so what? The N54 is an open deck design w/o forged internals too and it loves boost.

Like: F-sport general styling, both interior and exterior (especially side and front)
Dislike: The fact that there is literally no where to put anything inside the car (the glovebox and center console are so incredibly small, basically all I can fit in the console are my sunglasses). I also dislike what they did with the cupholders. When anyone is in the passenger seat, their arm rests on the cupholder holes instead of an actual arm rest/console.
Wish: That the windows were auto down and that the steering wheel would auto lift when I shut off the car. Also power folding side mirrors.

is there something that needs to be changed or set? Because mine absolutely do not go down on their own (but they do auto up). I see online now that they are supposed to be auto up/down, but I have never been able to get them to auto down. Weird.

Perhaps you should re-initialize the windows:
1) Hold the power window switch in the one-touch closing position (pull up). Continue holding the switch for a further 6 seconds after the window has closed.
2) Hold the power window switch in the one-touch opening position (push down). Continue holding the switch for a further 2 seconds after the window has opened completely.
3) Hold the power window switch in the one-touch closing position once again (pull up). Continue holding the switch for a further 2 seconds after the window has closed.
4) Click your heals together three times. (just kidding)

No, I actually don't think I feel any clicks. Thank you for mentioning this, because I've just been under the impression that it wasn't capable of doing it (I should have checked first before assuming). I'm going to play around with it more after work. I've never put down any of the other windows (I've only had it for a few weeks) but I will do that too to make sure it isn't just the front drivers side.
