Am I missing something? Did the end of year sale begin?
I got an email from a dealership down in California saying the "December to remember sale" started last week.
Is this the same sale everyone has been talking about that should bring
3-5k off msrp?

Doesn't look like my last post sent.
Anyway,
I just took the truck off craigslist and planned on waiting until the end of December to buy the car.
The msrp is $50,270, and I need it to be $45k OTD.
Some have said that I should be able to get this during the sale at the end of the year.
Think this is too far off??
Thanks

It started around this time last year. It's just they don't publicly advertise it since it's not December yet and the word December should match the month we are in. For the most part, aggressive and savvy bargaining can yield the same generous discount any time of the year.

Well,
The salesman replied with this-
Vehicle 1 - MSRP= $50,270
Invoice= $48,142
Sale Price = $49,392
Vehicle 2 - MSRP= $51,418
Invoice=$48,142
Sale Price =$50,142
Vehicle 1 has exactly what I want. However, I need to be around $45k at the most.
Like I mentioned, several people on here said I should be able to get the vehicle with the options I want for 45 max.
Anyone think I can get there between now and March?
I'm okay with waiting. Thanks for the input

If you are a costco member it's worth it to see what the price would be. I think my price was $700 over invoice and limits on dealer charges. Another couple my parents age were trying to buy the same car so we had to act fast and took the Costco deal.

I cannot tell what lost you guys are responding to when there is no quote attached.
So, it sounds like I am correct in thinking that the response from the dealership was off.
Question still remains. Anyone know if I will be able to get a 15 with the f sport awd and nav/ml for 45?
