3IS, DD.
50 mile round trip, 5 days a week just to our office
Around an extra 100 miles or so per week driving to client locations for work (consultant)
Plus heavy driving on weekends totaling about 60-100 miles each weekend.
Just hit the one month mark and have clocked in 2600 miles already (drove more than usual since getting the car, since it was exciting haha)

It was whole reason why i got my IS to keep my M4 in the garage to commute to school 3 times a week. Its about 70 miles round trip and i use M4 to work which is about 10miles 3 times a week as well

I didn't suggest that it was a Ferrari. Plenty of people have more than one car to choose from to drive each day, and I was curious as to how many typically used the IS as their daily drive to work car.

I'm with CashGap and Boost786, my commute really sucks as well about 70 miles round trip each day. Then weekends are visiting family and friends. 9 months of ownership and 16,000 miles. I am in the process of buying a new Altima to serve as my DD as I can't stand seeing the miles rack up so much, so quickly!
its no Ferarri, but to most people, its the most expensive or best car they have in the garage. I personally see why people would not want to rack up the miles as much especially for their daily commute, though its hard to keep myself from wanting to jump in the 3IS and just go everywhere with it.
