I chose Nebula because #1 - I love the color. #2 - My last car was dark gray & my experience was that it didn't look dirty until it was filthy. It looks beautiful when it's clean.

Both colors are awesome and I don't think you can go wrong with either.

Look through the 3IS color specific threads....that should help you.

Good luck with your decision tomorrow, you're gonna love the car.

Can't speak for other regions but we sell way more white cars than other colors. The UW IS sells like hotcakes. That alone would keep me from choosing it. I hate doing what the majority of people do.
NGP looks really nice and gives the car more depth. Either color is great. I'd take the one at the dealership....whatever color it is.

Thanks doodlebug! I know either color is right! I was actually going to look at the color specific threads now when I saw your reply here. Maybe you're sending me extra luck for tomorrow

That's what my parents said - take the one in the lot! Same day delivery! I wish it just had the Rioja Red interior and it would've been in my driveway already!

As a couple folks have said, Nebula Gray would be my choice because of the fact that UW is the most common IS F-Sport, White in general is the most popular among many cars which is why white is not for me.

I have a NG RX F-Sport and it's a great color for hiding dirt especially compared to my USB IS.

Another thing to consider is if you want to reuse your Giovanna Dalar 5 Matte black wheels, personally they would integrate better with NG vs the high black/white contrast with UW.

EIther way, it's an IS and once you decide, don't look back - enjoy your IS.

No wheels anymore - Sold! However, they would've looked sick on NGP than UW!

I wouldn't let this sway you too much, but yes the dust collects mostly on the areas you identified and on the trunk a little. We go through long periods without rain here too, so some of it could be a little regular dust from the wind too.

Ultra white. IMO the the Gray turns the sport IS into Grandpa Glider.

Default Ultra White

Check out my build thread. See my pics once complete. Ultra white is a no brainer. I have never been stopped so many times from random people asking about my question. If you are looking for a non assuming look go with grey.

The 3IS has been everything I imagined it to be - love it! I just had Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3s installed to replace the crappy OEM Bridgestones so I'm ready for winter! Roads are plowed pretty much immediately where I live so no issues getting by with RWD or without dedicated snows.

I went with Ultra White because my GS is dark blue (Indigo Ink Pearl) and I wanted a pretty drastic change from the dark color. Can't go wrong either way, IMO.

For comparison - similar road conditions. NG hides the dirt so much better.

gray. Too many people are getting UW, and white doesnt look as good on this car as gray. I used to have two white cars and almost got white in the 3IS
