I see why people would give you that kind of an idea towards is250
Its lacking power which means its not masculine and i probably know more girls owning IS than guys do
In the end, it doesnt really matter what others think
I personally think who cares about others thought have low self esteeem You pay for your car,now enjoy it without caring too much about othets

Pole Position
All your SEMA example proves is that the objectification of women is still alive and well in the world of cars, as it is in most industries. Look at Victoria's Secret advertisements. More women buy their own lingerie/undergarments than do men for women, and the ads are still full of female models. Is that because huge photos of skantily clad models attract me into store to buy bras for myself?
And having conversations that start with the question "is this car a girl car?" only make this way of thinking more prevalent.

All my SEMA example proves is that this is an industry that attracts more men than women. Period.
Do I condone half dressed ladies to attract men? No. Am I against it? Yes, it's degrading to women. There. Happy? As long as men are attracted to cars and women and there are women and companies willing to make money out of it, this type of behavior is unfortunately not gonna stop.
Back to my original comment - what is offensive to me in this thread is that if someting is "for a girl" it's clearly inferior....because girls minds are just full of fluff and we can't possibly know anything or understand anything or make any real decisions for ourselves.
Now let's stop with the feminist talk and get back to the topic. I've wasted enough time here and I regret it. I'm done. Happy new year. See you in 2015!
