F SPORT X Line launched in Japan
Wish Lexus will have this option in North America ---
F Sport X Line launched in Japan.

I've paid most attention to the seating color coordination since it is difficult to be done aftermarket. They make Black seat with Rioja Red inserts available in IS/GS/LS, after they introduced this color theme in NX.

Actually electric folding mirrors are standard equipment for 3IS in some countries except North America.
In Japan, you either get electric folding mirrors or electric folding mirrors with auto function in 3IS. Some 3IS owners in Japan replace their electric folding mirrors panel with the auto ones!
Again, this is market-specific and Lexus think most owners in North America don't want power folding mirrors in a small car and probably I am among the minority here...

Nice interior color. It reminds me of the crafted line in the US without the black pieces outside. Electric folding mirrors would be awesome. If this costs more, I'd rather go with the regular versions with rioja red. Nothing else really stands out.

What is this about replacing the mirror panel with auto one? Do you just have to replace the buttons in the door with a set of buttons from an auto folding version of the car?
Will this also enable the auto tilt mode when putting the car in reverse?
If so, where can I get hold of this panel? do you have a part nr and anyone who can confirm that this actually works?
Is it the same way with memory seats as well?
I have the electric seats, but no memory.

I came from an '11 Nissan Maxima with memory seats, power tilt/telescoping steering wheel, mirror-tilt in reverse, heated wheel .... all things I was shocked were not even options on my 2015 IS 250 F-sport. Kind of ridiculous on a $45k car.

There are at least 2 people that show the wirings changed behind the door panels for the sake of tweaking their already power folding mirrors.
However the following post seems to show only the electronic module below the window switch plates that needs to be replaced in order to make it work.
I suspect there are two ways of tweaking -- the DIY re-wiring method and the much more expensive module replacement method ---- the 2nd method will give you the "auto" toggle switch.
Take a look.. Hope it helps. https://minkara.carview.co.jp/userid...642/photo.aspx
Note the owner mentioned it is expensive and it is RHD car. It costs him 24,000 Japanese yens which is about around US$200 for the part only.
