Default Best wheel/tire(19") if not lowered

With +35 in front and +40 in back? I would like the illusion of a dropped car without the springs being changed.

Kidding aside, you can't just make the car seem like it's dropped on stock springs. I've seen some folks put 19's and 20's on stock height, even on RSR Half Downs, and it just doesn't look right IMO.

I have the following. Fills in the gaps some but doesn't look dropped, the bumpers are still too high.

265/35/19 rear
235/40/19 front

I was hoping for the best. I really didn't want to lower the car, but I think I haven't much choice.

Maybe you can enlighten me on how you can give an illusion of a lowered car by changing the wheels then.

If anything larger and more aggressive wheels would make the car look even higher. I wouldn't get aftermarket wheels before lowering the car. You could get lower profile wheels for your oem wheels (maybe)?

This. Your car is going to look like a 4x4 with even larger wheels. It isnt as simple as filling in space to eliminate gap.

This was my initial thinking, that stock tires being 25" tall and 235-35's are almost 25.5 tall(using the front as an example),I thought I'd eliminate part of the 1+" gap. Now I need to decide on RSR downs on Tein H-techs.
