The cover-hole on the left side of my bumper fell off, possibly due to a rock chip. In any case, i ordered one off of myLparts.com since it was exponentially cheaper versus the local dealership. The only issue is it comes unpainted. Anyone have suggestions on where or how I can get it painted obsidian so it doesnt look terrible?

after getting the correct paint, find an atomizer and use that to spray it on the part. Should come out better than using a brush.
How did the guy you paid tighten the clamp on the filter from the bottom side? Am I seeing that correctly? It looks like the bottom of the screw is pointed up?
Can someone PLEASE tell me where I can find a used or rebuilt ABS actuator for my 06 Lexus GS 430??? I just don't have 2k laying around for this part that seems to be a common problem
