Same, usually normal mode and when I want to change lanes, merge into traffic or have some fun, I would switch to Sport/Sport+

I was actually surprised when I notice that it doesn't keep the last driving mode used after you turn off the car..

Eco most of the time and sport when I want to have fun or need to pass someone up. I like being in eco mode most of the time because sport will actually make the is250 seem fast!

I found that eco does little to nothing for me. As long as you're light on the pedal on normal mode, you should achieve the same effect (that little green eco light). The transmission is smart and will shift appropriately. In normal, if you're light on the gas, it will shift sooner and vice versa (heavy on the pedal, holds the gear longer and shifts later).

Can someone explain the differences between the modes? What changes with each mode besides throttle response and faster shifting? I feel no change in suspension unless I go in S+
The reason I am asking is because I am about to pull the trigger on coilovers. I am aware I will lose the AVS but right now, it seems like I will only lose the suspension adjustment felt when switching to S+. The rest will stay fully functional.
95% of the time I am in Sport or Sport+ with Manual Shifting. The other 5% in Normal and Auto when I am not fully awake
