Default Fuel Consumption Screen Glitch

I'm hoping somebody might have an answer for this. I have a co-worker with an issue on her 2014 IS250 w/Nav. Through her Nav screen, she likes to select "Info" and then "Fuel Consumption" to track her weekly mpg. It's worked fine for 14 months, but now she selects "Fuel Consumption" and nothing happens at all! She can't move past the "Info" screen. I know these cars very well, so I played around with it to no avail. Has anyone seen this issue before?? Or have any ideas? Thanks!

sounds like a trip back to the dealership is in order.

Software can be very hard to diagnose over the internet.
