The car has 24k miles on it.
All wheel drive.
Has BSM.
No ML audio
New tires and brake pads.
$37.5K is OTD price. However, I still have to pay for the registration fee- live in NH so no sales tax.
What do you guys think? Should I go for it? Any help much appreciated. Thanks!

considering you dont have tax makes that OTD not that impressive.
Im in philly (flew to SC for the car) and got a loaded (every box the PO could have checked down to the bumper applique) is350 f sport rwd (why i had to leave the northeast for it) for 36 including the 8% sales tax and registrations.

I got my 2014 IS350 RWD at Rockingham Toyota there in NH. 19,900 miles fully loaded F Sport for $30,000 and a trade in. Some Coast Guard guy got transferred to Portsmouth from Alabama and traded that in for a fully loaded Tundra. It was the day before we got pounded with that first snow storm, so I used that in my favor. So I wouldn't exactly call that a good deal. Also if you buy the car in NH but live in MA (as in my case) YOU WILL PAY SALES TAX.

I have not seen many black F-sports in the north east area, definitely wont mind driving down to NY to get one.

Any way you could provide the actual selling price you agreed to without the trade factored in? What you've provided is only minimally helpful to the OP. And without knowing the details of the trade vehicle, it's hard to gauge the deal you got - but the actual sale price of the IS would be a possible starting point.

Sorry for the delayed response, my computer **** the bed and I had to fix it. But any who, the car was on sale there originally for $43K in December '14. I had them lower the price down to $37k because it was a RWD and this was the beginning of the month long snow storm here, and there was no way they were gonna off load that car quickly in snowy weather. I traded in a 2008 IS250 AWD with 63k in milage that they gave me $9k for (bumper got ripped off by a plow truck in the drive way, and I had replaced it with a unpainted one). $37,000 + $2312 (6.25% MA sales tax)= $39, 312 - $9k trade in= $30,312. Roughly 30K out of pocket for me. But this was back when the 350 F-Sport was still over $40K.
Anyway, thanks for the info - it gives us a better idea of the overall deal. I'm sure you'll be keeping the new one well away from the plows.
