I recently bought a 2014 f-sport white ext. and red int. with the same options you mentioned. I bought it privately with 9k miles for $37500. I say try to buy privately first so you don't have to worry about tax and dealer fees.

You can do better, should be 35-37k, with your target price being 36k. Bear in mind to the 2014 lacks the updates of the 2015 (IE: heated steering wheel, ventilated seats, remote start), which made it a bit more popular with buyers. Additionally, the since the 2016's are due to arrive, 2014's are less desirable.

what was your total OTD price? Yeah I will definitely go and take advantage of the grad program. I only have until the end of december to use it before it expires.

What month would you say to be the best time to purchase?

35-37k OTD? I'm thinking about just waiting till the end of this year for the golden opportunity event or december to remember event. good idea??

We leased ours but if we had done a conventional purchase, the OTD would have been around $45k. The net sale price was $40.6k with an msrp of $48.3k.

I think you should start seeing deals like this on the 2015s starting in August and continuing to the end of the year (but keep in mind, inventories will deplete so if a great deal on a car you want presents itself, strongly consider jumping on it).

Good luck and let us know how it goes.

I purchased a new 2015 350 non F sport in May, 10% off sticker, dealer threw in tinted windows. I could have negotiated more, but I felt it was a fair deal, especially since it was the color combo I wanted- Deep Sea Mica with Flaxen interior, and the options I wanted. I live in Austin but purchased the car in Dallas. Good luck, it's exciting to go after the exact car that you want!
