Default Bc coilover spring rate help

hello everyone, I am about to buy a set BC coilovers for my 3is but I am unsure what spring rate to go. I just want a basic simple clean smooth ride, no racing just for streets. Standard BC spring rate for is 12k/10k . Please tell me your spring rate and how comfortable is it and how do you like it. Thank you

I have the standard spring rate but I somehow think its too soft and due to my ride height and tire of size I do rub sometimes. The ride is very comfortable definitely good for street daily driving but I personally think its not stiff enough for some spirit driving even I set it to the most stiff setting. I have a 1 yr old at the back and she is totally fine with the BCR, but I am not satisfied with it. As a result I placed an order for a set of KW v3 my BCR will be put on sale soon.
