Default Fsport loaner ... fell in love

My co-worker just had her 08 IS350C picked up for service and the dealership sent her a 2015 IS350 Fsport. She knows I'm a Lexus fan so we both went out to check it out. Now I'm not so in love with my IS350 and feel like dumping her for a new fling lol. She's giving me the keys for lunch... I envy you owners here.

There are good deals on the 3is right now and after driving the car at lunch time, I can say it is a done deal.

I've got an early 2nd gen model. 2007 luxury package SGM. It's a great car... but this loaner has me allllll messed up If you are using the mobile version of ClubLexus you prob can't see this in my signature... nothing major just small changes to the current daily:

You should keep yours. Its 0.4 seconds faster to 60 mph than ours. Why downgrade

Yea I originally went in to buy a 2013 IS F Sport, and then right as I'm about to sign the papers he had me test drive the 2015. I ended up getting the 2015. Lol.

I did the same thing with a used 2014... ended up walking out with a new 2015 350 F-Sport instead.

.4 seconds faster and pushing 178k vs. Something newer and all that comes with newer isn't a downgrade in my book. I hear you though mine def feels like it pulls harder. 0-60 isn't why i buy cars I don't think I've ever used that as a real deciding factor.

My IS350 was paid off in about two months of picking it up so really the only thing keeping me from jumping is a payment. It's nice to be without that.

Still if anything... the loaner did it's job. Lexus' way of bringing the faithful back for a new one. Now both my co-worker and I are considering something that wasn't even a thought 24hrs. ago.

I was trying to be sarcastic You are right though...if 0-60 were my deciding factor, i'd be in a Q50S or 335i. The IS350 handles awesome and rides great with enough power to make me smile. After 5 months, not a single tinge of regret. Really love this car

When in doubt, go with your gut feeling and just get the car. You won't regret it! hah!

Let me just say that a dealership sent a 350 F Sport as a loaner...... WHAT!?!?! They must have had a shortage of regular IS jeez.....

I just got my car but I had to wait 2 days for it. They gave me one of their loaners and it was a regular IS350, actually wasn't even part of their loaner fleet. It was a car for sale.

One drive in this car makes you forget the Q50 and the other models that this car competes with.... The interior is awesome and not the regular plane Jane stuff. Pretty much this car is what Lexus never used to be in the sport category.... Different, fun and drives well.

The two generations are so different its ridiculous... the 3rd gen is the first Lexus since the 2nd gen GS that i'd ever consider buying over German rivals.

I test drove both 335 and Q50 sport, but as soon as I got in IS350 F, I was sold.
