OP, call a broker and shop for new coverage. If they're already giving you issues they'll continue to do so in the future if you have a loss.

totally got lost.
i called insurance to make sure its MVIS and SSC(Safety Standard Certificate), they said its not. But my dealer said thats what i need.
They want a document shows full details about my vehicle, and they need details to make sure vehicle meets their guideline.
i was asking for name of the document, they keep telling me license lexus technical document, which dealer never heard.
