Default Fish tailing issues

So, Ive had this problem for awhile now, and its getting to the point where the car feels dangerous to drive. The car is completely stock now, (Parted out the car back in April) and from standstill, 30-40% throttle application, basically moderate throttle, the rear end breaks loose. and the car does not detect slip at all when the TCS is ON. Tires are in fairly ok condition. Still have a couple thousand left on em. Stock bridgestone Er33. Once I let go of the gas, the car jerks back in to its normal position. It happens at least 8 out of 10 times in a straight line. Went to 2 dealerships already, Longo Lexus and South Bay Lexus, and they couldnt figure it out. Btw, dont ever go to South Bay Lexus if you have modded your car in any way. They completely **** you over by trying to charge you $140 for diagnostics because the car has been "tampered" with. Thats besides the point, anyone having the same or similar issues as me? Its a 2015 IS 250 F-Sport. Alignment is good also. So what can the problem be? Also contacted Lexus corporate to see what they say but they said they will get back to me sometime next week. Would appreciate it if anyone had any suggestions on correcting this issue.

VDIM detection issue? There have been TCS issues with other Toyota models, maybe another is rearing its ugly head.

Zero Point calibration? Maybe you have a bad alignment now (aka toe-out front or rear). Do alignment and calibrate yaw sensor.

Longo Lexus already checked alignment and it was perfectly fine. Just went yesterday for that.

I told the dealer to hold on to my car until they find out what's wrong with it but they were like ha nope. At this point, I'm just leaving the car to just sit in the garage.

I wonder if there is an issue with your braking. Perhaps your parking brake is sticking on one side causing the power to be delivered un-evenly.

Might be worth while jacking up the rear and see if the tires spin freely by hand with the car in neutral.

Certainly a strange problem.

If you tell the dealer it's a major problem and you feel dangerous driving the car, they are suppose to figure it out before returning it. Take it back in, ask for a service tech to ride with you and demonstrate the issue. Since you made a report to corporate, they'll probably make you do this sometime next week.

Just an update for those people who are wondering how I solved the issue. Longo Lexus came through and fixed the issue. Turned out to be a loose bolt somewhere in the rear suspension from when my car was put back to stock from lowering springs. If anyone has the same fish tailing issue as me, you now know where that issue comes from.
