This looks like at pain in the a$$. I'll stick with no fogs.

What if we just limo tint the fogs? U think the dark tint would reduce the brightness?

to me the range seems to still be the same, its just not as bright in intensity but still blinding bright.

i've given up on them and have just left them off the car and will sell them off and rethink of retrofitting factor fog lens from other vehicles with the factory JDM plastic shroud.

If you thinking of dimming it down, go PWM route instead of using resistor. hidplanet forum LED section has some good resource.

I want to put fog in mine too. The JDMToy one doesn't seem like a great choice. OEM is darn expensive. Without one, the car look naked.

I installed mines for about two months now. Yes theyre bright but not so bright when youre behind someone. Overall 7.5/10 for a aftermarket price instead of the OEM JDM foglights that over charge.

Thats why I won't buy these things. If they were factory brightness, they would be great.

Lol exactly. There's other people on the road driving with high beams on or other bright *** lights. Not like opposing traffic have to stare at the fogs for hours.

How were you able to take off the bulb part of the fogs? I am trying to do the cut off but can't get the bulb housing to separate lol

Can you measure the opening? im looking into just buying the shrouds and buying Morimoto XB LED Fogs since they have a cutoff line... possibly the universal ones (hence the dimensions).

Thinking about using a tint film I have left over to tint the inside of the lens, worst case is that the LED melts the vinyl?
