Has anyone upgraded their base model 250 or 350 pedals to the F-Sport Aluminum pedals?

 

Yes, it's the first thing I did to my IS. They're very easy to replace. Brake pedal cover just needs to be swapped. The throttle is held on by 2 bolts to the floor and then it just slides out and the new one slides in. As far as I know, a stainless footrest replacement isn't available on the 3IS although many people have just screwed one into place.
