Exclamation Dash Cam Recommendations

I've been looking all over the internet for a fairly good priced dash cam, but i'm having no luck. Does anyone have any good recommendations on a dash cam that works great? Need one asap after all these hit and runs that have been occurring lately.....

Same here blackvue for the win! Recommend getting it with magicpro, so your dash cam is on while your car is off "parking mode".
Recently caught a guy hit and run my car in the parking lot. Going thru insurance with video and audio evidence is such an easier process.

Hard wiring the Dash cam looks so complicated.
Might as well look into a blackvue, since majority of you are saying blackvue.
@Sh1nra Alright thanks! Wow much cheaper.
@gnawhdivad Totally agree with you, would love to have the dash cam running while the car is off.
@J3ffrey do you have the link?

Default Prefer the Mini series

I've had one of these installed in my last two cars, it has held up fine even in the Florida summer heat. I mounted it at the bottom of the 'dots' behind the rear view mirror and hardwired it to the mirror power connector. My car has been to two different dealers and neither one has noticed it. Only $90 with GPS.

Got a Blackvue 2Ch 650 on my 2015 Q60 coupe. hard wired with the power magic pro. It was very easy to install!

Recorded this with it.

I spent nearly half a year researching dash cams. Roaming the internet looking for reviews, dashcam talk forum, comparing image quality, and with the Florida heat I wanted something that would hold up over time.

I finally pulled the trigger on a Street Guardian SG9665GC, coupled with great night time image quality and good customer service this is the one I got.

I'm using the MINI 0805 dashcam with GPS. I got it for 60 USD and it does the job, I have no need for fancy features.

Oh well, this thing is not allowed here in the UAE. Privacy here is sacred which is amazing.
