Purchasing a used IS 350
Hey everyone, been lurking for some time. I've been seriously looking into purchasing a '14 IS 350 F sport. The only other upgrade I'm really after is the ML sound. I'm in southern Cali and I've seen a lot the great deals people have been getting buying new. Researching used has been such a PITA since every dealer seems to think that their car is better without any merit. What's a realistic figure for purchasing this car used?

To give you an idea, I purchased a '14 IS 350 F Sport on New Years day...so like 3 weeks ago.
My model had ML sound, Nav, BSM, etc. Got it for 33k with 37k miles. I shopped around a lot in my region and this seemed to be a pretty great price since it had been sitting at the lot for a while.
Hope that helps. Typically I like to look at KBB value and hope to get at least a few thousand off of that price.

I also just purchased a 2014 IS 350 F sport on 12/30/15 in Florida. RWD, Platinum exterior w/ black interior, ML sound system, NAV, BSM, trunk mat, cargo net, etc. The car had one previous owner with clean carfax and 20k miles. I was able to get them down to 35k. I possibly could of talked them down lower, but this car was exactly what I was looking for and there wasn't another one in a 250 mile radius so I took it and have no regrets.

Purchased my 2014 IS350 FSport AWD in NY back in Oct. No ML, extremely clean, CPO and 20K miles. Flew out and drove it the 12 hours home. Paid $35K. Looked every day for about 8 months before I purchased. Good luck in your search.

I bought my 2014 IS350 AWD in September after looking at every used IS350 in the Boston area and speaking to every other dealer who had one throughout New England and New York (there was pretty limited supply). I ended up buying an Atomic silver over black leather that had been turned in to a MB dealership two years to the day after it was purchased with 9,000 on the odometer and a clean CarFax. It is equipped with the Luxury and Nav packages and the 18" wheels.
Factoring the $2000 they gave me beyond the reasonable value of my trade, I paid about $36,000. I still get jazzed just looking at it, not to mention absolutely loving how it drives.
