Default Damaged bumper on 5 day old car

So when I was washing my car for the first time I noticed that the bumper was damaged. Do you guys think that it can be fixed or does the bumper need to be replaced?

If you look closely near the IS logo on the bumper you can see a line where the bumper in indented

I see it now. That doesn't look like actual damage from something hitting it. It looks like a defect in the bumper cover. I would ask about it.

If you just got the car, I'd take it back to the dealer and get them to replace the bumper. That looks like it may have been a manufacturing defect or happened during shipping.

Yes it is that and it continues down vertically, I called the salesman he said there's nothing he can do, I'll take it into a different dealer and see what they say.

Bring it in to that dealer. Don't do anything over the phone. That way they don't have to deal with you. In person is a different story. Go in there and be like, "wtf is this this *****!?"

Also don't talk to the salesman. Bring it up with the service manager and/or sales manager.

Spoke with the sales director, told me to take it a body shop I trust and they would pay for it. Got to say Jim Falk Lexus is really determined to make there customers happy.
