happened to me last year at a mall parking garage. parked on a second floor where only 20-30 cars are parked at most. was not being a ****, parked in my lane, and didn't even park far to avoid people--just being normal. some effer keyed my passenger side from front fender all the way back to rear quarter panel and back up to passenger door. unfortunately could never catch the **** bc mall camera footage was bad. $1400 insurance covered it. sucks!

Thanks for the outpooring of well wishes that was nice to see this is a close net community forum for sure! Honestly i been so incredibly busy i havent had time to check the forum until today I got it fixed very quickly (within 2 days) used Corona auto body they did an awesome job I highly recomend them if you ever need any repairs! Looks good as new! But thank you all for the kind words! BTW nobody caught yet but there was some security video detectives still reviwing it ..thanks guys...LEXUS FORUM ROCKS!

My stepmom has a Bentley but really doesn't drive it often. One of the few times she decided to take it to the store to pick up something for dinner she ended up parking it towards the back of the lot. Didn't take up 2 or 3 spaces, didn't park sideways ... Just parked it a few spots down from the last car.
A guy in a POS beater truck with rust and faded paint decided to park right on top of the car. The way he parked there would have been NO WAY to get out of his driver side, he had to have climbed out of the passenger.
Some people just hate their life and are jealous of other people having nice things and success in life.

I agree on the dash cam. I had my Lexus IS 350 keyed a few months ago when visiting a friend. They also let the air out of my rear tire (thank god it was slashed because I just bought new Pilot Super Sports). I'm not going to have a shop fix it since it's a waste of money. I may try an extremely small paint brush to fill in the key'd spots.

A couple months back I bought a new 2015 GMC Sierra Crew Cab SLT and a week later all four of my tires were slashed. Cops caught the kids (slashed over 30 vehicle's tires in a neighborhood). One of the kids got off with just a $75 fine...

Sooooo, I recommend the BlackVue DR650GW-2CH or BlackVue DR650GW-1CH. I have the latter and love it. The single channel one is in the truck and the 2 channel will be installed in the car next month. Great investment.
