There are 2 setting for ECO ... Just moving the selector ECO and then actually turning on ECO in the dash settings menu.

On the 200t, 300 AWD, and the 350 non F Sport, the modes work as follows:
ECO - HVAC, reduced throttle inputs, transmission mapping
NORM
SPORT - increased throttle input, transmission mapping, steering tightens/stiffens
ECO - HVAC, reduced throttle inputs, transmission mapping
NORM
SPORT - increased throttle input, transmission mapping, steering tightens/stiffens

If you hold down the Traction Off button for like 5-10 seconds, it permanently shuts trac off, place the car in Sport + mode and let it rip. off the line is so much fun. The car really feels unlocked without any annoying computers or differential holding you back. Now obviously do this at your own risk LOL, don't blame me if you end up in a ditch because you didn't know what you were doing

I've managed to get an avg of 30MPG in Eco mode on my commute to work. 90% HWY/ 10% City.
When I looked through the fuel consumption I was hitting 30-35 mpg on the Hwy.
This is with an is350. and driving like a granny.. staying under 2 gear the whole time.
