Default Is my 2015 Lexus ISF (F-sport) totaled?

Hey guys,

So I got into an accident last week and I'm wondering if you guys think it's totaled. I think it is, and I hope it is (as sad as that sounds ) It has 7500 miles on it, insurance adjuster is going to look at it today but I'm wondering what everyone here thinks? Let me know guys

depends on frame damage. If the damage is 70% value of the car, it should be totaled. Since your car is so new with low miles, that would work against you. TC

the door lines likes looks straight... mininal if any frame damage. at this point, you're just hoping for a cracked engine case. if there is oil spewing out of the side of the engine block, probably totaled.

It looks like it will be totalled. Also it's an FSport and not an ISF.

Thanks guys, I'm hoping it's totaled I really am. I do not want this thing back. And you're right it's an F Spot not ISF lol I always call it an ISF

Any other input? The tranmission to get this thing fixed in my first accident with 5k miles was 11k along with 3500 in body damage and that was nothing like this accident. I swear I'm not a bad driver guys, just having some bad luck

We are all ok, the lady that hit me was in her 80's. God bless her heart, I feel terrible.

****** happens. The car can be replaced. The good thing is you walked out okay. I'm hoping they total it for you. This will really affect your car's value if they choose to rebuild it.

I hope they do too man, I really do. I'm gonna put up a fight if they don't total it. All front airbags deployed as well.

Deployed bags will definitely help your case

Damn, I would hope its totaled too. Maybe if you tell the shop to be generous with their repair quote.

If the air bags went off, I'd say it is probably totalled.

With such low mileage though, it is going to be close to call.
